GEM Health Care Facilities was founded in 1994 by Gaye Moffett, a registered nurse. She is the first Vice President of the Homecare Newmarket Board of Directors, taking over as President this year. Gaye required to work with the best caregivers to give the highest quality care. GEM is a full-service healthcare company, privately owned and operated in Ottawa.
