There are many different types of excavating hydraulic buckets, each made for particular purposes and circumstances. The following excavator bucket types are typical:
Standard/Digging Bucket: The bucket that excavators use the most frequently is this one. To make digging and scooping of soil, rocks, and other materials easier, it has a curved shape and teeth on the leading edge.
Heavy Duty Bucket: For more difficult digging tasks involving compacted soil, hard rock, or abrasive materials, heavy-duty buckets are made. To withstand greater stress and increase durability, they are constructed with a reinforced structure and thicker steel plates.
Skeleton/Screening Bucket: Fine materials like soil, sand, and small rocks can fall through skeleton buckets 'gaps or openings between the tines or bars while larger debris is retained. On construction sites and in landscaping applications, they are frequently used for sorting and sifting materials.
These are just a few illustrations of the various excavator hydraulic bucket types. The application, the material being excavated, and the desired result all affect the bucket type.
