Radiant Sealers are specifically designed for the closure of PE coating or with a PE inner liners, PE bags and foil bags, as well as a wide variety of laminated films.
Operation
In Radiant sealers where the heat is radiated from the heater bars to the bag’s top and pentrates through the outer layer to the inner liner. Pressure wheels compress the two heated inner positions of the bag togther to from a permanent airtight seal.

The continuous band sealer machine guides the upper portion of each bag via the sealing process by PTFE Or Teflon bands. It can seal any thermoplastic material including polyethylene, polypropylene and laminations with foils.

Impulse sealer is a Simple foot operation closes the sealing jaws pneumatically. The bands are heated to set temperature by applying electric current. The temperature is maintained for the sealing time. After the heating time the cooling time starts. The jaws are open after the cooling time is complete.
